RESCOM Founder Davis L. Lowery
Davis Lowery’s own Native American heritage has fueled his spirit and desire to work with the Native American business community. His focus is on the creation of specific sustainable economic, government and government business models for Native American tribes, employing government and business structuring, business alliances and the various programs available through the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and related departments.
These models created tribal jobs and careers, not to mention providing an economic boost and efficiency to those tribes involved. Davis has helped tribal clients and partners win millions in business, form insulating and economically reciprocating tribal government departments and business, create hundreds of jobs, create positive flow government departments, prepared tribal business boards/parent companies for long term expansion, and trained hired tribal business leaders.
A past owner of a number of small businesses, Davis also has owned, operated and partnered with tribal business and worked for large corporations that own multiple companies. He has served on tribal business boards, advised top tribal business and government officials in local, national, and international affairs, and even helped rewrite a tribal constitution for one of the oldest existing Pueblos.
